  • How long does it take to setup a virtual office?

    Less than 24 hours, provided all regulatory paperwork is submitted.
  • What are the operating hours of Fitzwilliam Business Centre?

    8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • How often is post delivered and sorted?

    Post is delivered and sorted in our centres each morning at 10:30.
  • How much does it cost to have post redirected?

    Typically most clients collect post, however a large A4 envelope full of post would typically cost €2 to send out within the local region. Alternatively, post can be scanned and sent via email. This service allows you to receive your post instantly direct to your email. The file will be formatted as a PDF document and the hard copy can be held or forwarded by post directly to you.
  • How does call answering work?

    Your company will be provided with a dedicated phone number specific to your chosen location. The phone will be answered in your company name and the call directed to your mobile, landline or company voicemail. Your calls will always be answered and you will never get an engaged tone due to our multiple receptionists and our high availability enterprise class telephone systems and telecom lines.
  • What is the procedure for directing my clients at the business centre?

    When one of your clients drops into our centre they will be greeted by our receptionist. We will contact you via your mobile. Staff can receive packages on your behalf at reception.
  • What are meeting room costs and do I have access to all locations?

    Meetings room start from €25 per hour or €75 per half day and €125 per full day (2-6 people). Boardrooms rooms start from €45 per hour or €150 per half day and €240 per full day (2-16 people).
  • How does telephone call diverting work?

    When your client rings into your virtual office they pay the standard carrier rate as far as your virtual office location. When the call is then transferred to either your landline or mobile, a bill is created on your extension for the cost of the call between your office and your diverted location.
  • What are the call forwarding rates?

    Standard Eircom rates.
  • Are there discounts available on the package price?

    Clients can pay and sign up on a yearly basis and benefit from discounted prices.
  • Is it possible to pay for the virtual office service on a monthly basis?

    The virtual office fee can be paid by standing order on the 1st of each month.
